Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Loywis Fashion Jewellery, we take utmost care in crafting and inspecting each piece before dispatch. However, in rare cases of defects or damage during transit, we offer a transparent 7-Day Replacement & Refund Policy.

✅ Eligible for Return / Replacement

We gladly accept returns and replacements if the item received is:

  • Defective or has manufacturing flaws
  • Broken or damaged in transit
  • Wrong item sent (different from what you ordered)
  • Missing accessories or empty box on arrival

🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Reasons)

Due to hygiene and personal-care reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Nose Pins / Naths
  • Toe Rings
  • Anklets & Payals (worn close to skin)
  • Earrings & Earcuffs (post pierce contact)
  • Customised or personalised jewellery

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

To process any claim for broken / damaged product, missing quantity, or empty box, you must share a full-length original unboxing video — from the sealed parcel to the product being taken out.

⚠️ Edited, paused, or re-recorded videos will make the claim ineligible. Please record in a single take.

If your parcel appears tampered or damaged on arrival, please record a 360° video (front, back, sides) of the package before opening and contact us within 24 hours.

📅 Return Timeline & Instructions

  1. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photos + unboxing video.
  2. Once our QC team approves the claim, you'll receive return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 3 business days of approval.
  4. Product must be in original condition with all packaging, tags, gift box, and accessories.
  5. Self-shipment only via Speed Post / Blue Dart / DTDC. Pickup service is currently not available.

💰 Refunds & Credit Notes

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund/replacement is processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Online payments (UPI, Card, Net Banking): refunded directly to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders: refunded via UPI transfer to your provided bank account OR as a Loywis Gift Voucher (with 5% extra credit) — your choice
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • For damaged-on-arrival cases, we reimburse up to ₹50 return courier charges (with receipt)

❌ Not Eligible for Return / Replacement

  • Products returned without original packaging, gift box, or tags
  • Washed, altered, or used jewellery
  • Size, weight, or colour variation, or personal preference ("doesn't suit me")
  • Slight colour variation due to monitor calibration is normal — not eligible
  • Products with tampered, missing, or unreadable serial number/QR tag
  • Return requests made after 7 days from delivery

🚫 Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order anytime before dispatch by WhatsApp or phone. Full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days. Same-day dispatched orders (placed before 2 PM) usually leave our warehouse the same evening — cancellation may not be possible after 6 PM on the order day.

After Dispatch

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, if the product received is defective, damaged, or wrong, a free replacement will be processed as per our 7-Day Policy above.
