Always apply perfume, deodorant, and makeup before putting on your jewellery - never after.

Gently wipe each piece with a soft dry cloth to remove oils and perspiration before storing.

Morning - Get Ready First
Apply your skincare, makeup, perfume, and hair products fully before wearing any jewellery. Let your skin fully dry.
Put It On Last
Jewellery should be the final touch - necklace, earrings, bangles after you're fully dressed and groomed.
Remove Before Water
Always take off your pieces before bathing, swimming, washing dishes, or working out. Water and sweat dull the finish.
Evening Wipe-Down
Before storing for the night, give each piece a quick wipe with a soft microfibre cloth to remove oils and sweat.
Store Properly

Our gold-plated pieces feature a premium anti-tarnish coating over a brass base.
- Keep completely dry - no water, sweat, or perfume contact

Silver-Plated
Silver-plated pieces have a delicate finish that needs gentle handling.
- Store in an airtight pouch to slow natural oxidation
- Wipe only with a microfibre cloth - never rough fabric
- If it dulls slightly, ask us about a refresh polish
- Avoid contact with sulphur-rich foods (onion, egg yolk) on skin
Rose-Gold
Rose-gold tone is achieved with copper-rich plating - beautiful but requires care.
- Especially sensitive to perfume and acidic cosmetics
- Always apply skincare and let it absorb before wearing
- Wipe with a dry cloth - never wet

- Avoid contact with perfume, hair spray, and chlorine
CZ & Stones
Cubic Zirconia and crystal stones stay sparkling with simple care.
- Gently brush behind the stone with a soft toothbrush + dry cloth
- Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and harsh detergents
- If a stone loosens or falls out, WhatsApp us - we offer free re-setting
- Buildup of soap, lotion, and dust dulls the sparkle - clean monthly
Meenakari & Enamel
Hand-painted Meenakari and enamel work is delicate, traditional craftsmanship.
- Treat like an heirloom - store flat, never stacked under heavier pieces
- Wipe only with a soft dry cloth - moisture damages the enamel
- Avoid pressure, knocks, and dropping on hard surfaces
- If colour chips, contact us - most pieces can be restored

How to clean your jewellery in 3 minutes

Prepare a soft cloth
Use a clean microfibre cloth or the LOYWIS care pouch. Avoid tissues, paper, or rough fabric.

Wipe gently in one direction
Don't scrub. Use light pressure and wipe in one direction to lift oils, perfume, and sweat.

For stones - soft brush
If your piece has CZ or crystals, use a soft (baby) toothbrush behind the stone with a DRY cloth to remove dust.

Air-dry for 5 minutes
Even though we don't use water, give the piece a few minutes to air out before placing it back in the pouch.

Store correctly
Slip back into its individual pouch. Keep in a cool, dry drawer - never the bathroom.
