Yes — orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, as long as they haven't been packed for dispatch. Please WhatsApp us at +91 99244 99030 or email loywisfashion@gmail.com with your order number as quickly as possible and our team will assist you.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also log into your LOYWIS account and visit the Order History section to view the latest status. If you don't see updates within 48 hours of dispatch, reach out to us and we'll check it personally.
Yes — every LOYWIS order ships in a premium gift-ready box at no extra charge. If you'd like a handwritten note added for a special occasion, simply mention it in the order notes at checkout or WhatsApp us right after placing the order.
Absolutely. Every LOYWIS piece is crafted from premium anti-tarnish brass / alloy with high-quality plating (gold, silver, or rose-gold tone). All our pieces are skin-friendly, lead-free, nickel-safe, and tested for sensitive skin. They are designed for everyday and occasion wear alike.
To keep your jewellery looking new:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, sweat, and harsh chemicals
- Always store in the LOYWIS pouch/box provided
- Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing
- Apply perfume and makeup before wearing jewellery, not after

Our jewellery is plated using a premium anti-tarnish process that resists fading far longer than standard imitation jewellery. With proper care (avoid water, perfume, sweat), the finish stays beautiful for 12+ months of regular wear. We also offer a 6-month finish warranty on most pieces.
We offer FREE shipping all over India on every prepaid order. Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster, while remote pin codes may take slightly longer. COD orders carry a small ₹50 handling fee.
Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon — drop your country and email at loywisfashion@gmail.com and we'll notify you the moment we launch in your region.
Yes — COD is available across most pin codes in India for orders up to ₹5,000. A nominal ₹50 COD handling fee applies. You'll see the COD option at checkout if your pin code is serviceable.
While we ship 95%+ of orders on time, occasional delays can happen due to courier or weather issues. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, WhatsApp us at +91 99244 99030 with your order ID and we'll personally chase it for you.
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return & exchange policy from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Earrings and pierced jewellery are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of receiving the returned product and passing quality check. Depending on your bank, refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days for prepaid orders. For COD orders, refunds are processed to your bank account or as store credit, whichever you prefer.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:
- Pierced earrings and nose pins
- Items marked Final Sale or Custom Order
- Items damaged due to misuse, water, or perfume
- Items without original tags / packaging
We accept all major payment methods — UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (PayTM, PhonePe, GPay), EMI, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are 100% secure and encrypted via Razorpay/Shopify Payments.
Yes — your payment details are completely secure. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and our payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Razorpay, Shopify Payments). LOYWIS never stores your card details on our servers.
Enter your discount code in the "Discount code" box on the cart or checkout page and tap Apply. The discount will reflect instantly. Only one coupon code can be applied per order. If a code isn't working, WhatsApp us and we'll help.
Yes — No-Cost EMI is available on orders above ₹3,000 via major credit cards (HDFC, ICICI, Axis, SBI, etc.) and select debit cards. The EMI option will appear automatically on the payment page if your card is eligible.
